JACBO pile drills

JACBO - S
Auger pile drill. DIN EN 1536 drill with small central tube, diameter 0,30 - 1,20 m.

Generally, pile construction is performed using structural connecting reinforcements. Depending on the pile diameter, reinforcement lengths of up to 24 m are available upon request. Minimum distance from neighboring structures etc. 25 - 90 cm, depending on pile diameter.

JACBO - O
Partial displacement pile drill. DIN EN 1536 drill with large central tube, diameter 0,40 - 0,75 m.

Generally, construction is performed with a structural connecting reinforcement as is the case with the auger pile drill. Minimum distance from neighboring structures etc. 40 - 65 cm, depending on pile diameter.

JACBO - B
Partial displacement pile drill. DIN EN 1536 drill with large central tube.

In normal cases, construction is performed with a reinforcement over the complete pile length. Minimum distance from neighboring structures etc. 0,25 - 0,90 m, depending on pile diameter.

JACBO - V
Full displacement drill pile according to DIN EN 12699. Pile diameter 0,30 - 0,50 cm.

The displacement body is rotated into the ground by means of high insertion force and high torque. Subsequently, the displaced volume is concreted when pulling the tool by means of the pumping system closed from the concrete pump to the pile foot. The pumps are specially adapted to the concreting system and are part of the machine park of JACBO. As with all JACBO products, the relevant manufacturing parameters are recorded electronically. The reinforcement is installed analogously to the JACBO-O-pile or JACBO-B-pile.
